Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Last night I wrecked my car drunk. 10 tickets. Just to name a few.. dui, failure to report an accident, failure to comply a lawful order, no insurance card, resisting arrest, assault to a police officer, failure to take a breathalyzer.. the list goes on. I'm 18. Underage. First dui offense. Am I looking at jail time?

As you know, you are in a lot of trouble. You are definitely facing jail time. You need to hire an experienced lawyer to help you out of this mess. Please contact me for a free consultation. Actually, it would probably be better if I talk to your parents as well. Thank you.

Sincerely, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Depending on whether the assault charge is simple or aggravated will be one of the factors weighing heavily for or against jail. You need to contact a DWI/Criminal attorney ASAP.

You could receive a jail sentence, but you may be able to avoid it if your case is handled properly. I am assuming that you have no prior criiminal record and that the officer was not injured. You need to hire the right defense attorney right away.

Call me if you like.

I agree with all the above comments. Being able to drive your car again is a bigger concern than jail. We can discuss this and since you are 18 I do not need to speak to your parents.
