Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

NJ Case name for DUI Case

This is not a HW question.

I received a DWI in 2006...I spoke to my attnorey today and he said the judge is not going for the 20-minute observance prior to March 16.

I know there is a case out there the State Police said you had to observe for 20 min prior...please help 4 months of my license is at stake.

State Police acknowledged that fact that they had to observe 20-minutes before administering the Alcotest.

Its crucial....thanks.
