Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

NJ DWI - Chun

Hey guys....I heard about the DWI decision....

I blew a pair of .14--name removed--in Jun of 06. Anyway we can go to a 3 month suspension....

One lawyer said yes, other no,

One said I didnt have enouth time...blh blh blah any advise....I'm looking to hire someone hirepower when I have to go back to court.

Are you saying that you have a dwi from 2006 which is still pending and that an Alcotest 7110 was involved?

What is possible, if that is the case, depends on what the records of the test reveals. If the State has some problems a 90 day suspension is possible.

Will it be easy? no. It is possible, yes. Keep in mind that there are many ways to attack the case, not just the reading.
