Non compliance of IDRC

I'm curious as to the penalties of not paying for and attending a 3rd offense dwi mandated Idrc Class in N.J? I E Jail?

Noncompliance with IDRC can be construed as contempt of court and you can be brought back to court on the contempt charge. If that happened you could be facing additional jail time and fines. Please call me if you have any questions or if you are charged with contempt. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
