Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
My non-profit organization is having a benefit event at a catering facility in Camden County, NJ. We would like to have an "open bar" for 2 hours. Would we be held responsible for anyone getting drunk and leaving the facility and getting into an accident?

You could be held liability. The solution is to purchase a one day policy for your event. It becomes a matter of whether the cost of the policy is worth it.
