prosecuter evil tactics

Me and my wife have this prosecuter who's trying to destroy our family. We had a family issue that we were working out amoung ourselfves but our daughter wanted to get her father in trouble to get out of punish for lieing about doing her home work. The police and everybody got involved. They arrested the father and treaten the mother for not coming to the police for what our daughter said. We had take to our daughter before about what she claimed. She made it seem like she was being abused at home when that wasn't the case. They believed everything she said and that's what made it bad.

We handle a lot of sex crimes/abuse cases and we've had this issue before and we have it right now. There are ways to handle this situation, but I will not discuss it here. Do you have an attorney? He or She should be able to help you with this.

I can not tell whether you were charged witha crime and if you were whether it has been the subject of of a jury trial or whether the matter is pending trial.
