i was pulled over for driving on the suspended for non compliance with idrc but my 90 day loss of liscense was already over and i had paid the fines and had payed the restoration will i still face jail time because it was driving on the suspended due to a dwi

The IDRC will refer the matter back to the sentencing judge when program is not completed. Failure to attend IDRC results in 2 day mandatory jail and indefinite suspension until program is completed.

You should contact a lawyer focusing in DWI to try and get you back on track and maybe avoid the jail.
