I was pulled over after a red light. My license was suspended for a DUI. I went to municipal court and they upgraded it....filed a complaint, processed me and sent it to the county, Middlessex. I was told it is a 4th degree charge. I did enter into the PTI program 10 yrs ago. What are my options? I understand that this charge carries a min of 180 in jail. I truly do not want to loose the job that I have worked so hard to climb up the ladder on, my home, credit, and child. I am a single parent who is the sole provider.
