Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Trying to recover $3000 cash bail posted for son-in-law for dwi. The judge forfeited the bail because he failed to show up once few days after he got released due to incorrect address. The address was corrected and he went to court till the matter was resolved but the judge will not reinstate my cash bail because he failed to show up only once.

I will gladly share half the bail to anyone interested in recovering it. Reply with your comments and what you would do, along with your contact info.

Provided the case was reolved less than 20 days ago, I'd appeal the judge's decision to not reinstate the bail.
