Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

I need a referral. This time for a young woman (29) who got a DWI in the town of Bogota, New Jersey. This may be her 3rd time, not really sure other than it's her second in Bogota.

I need someone who is in the vicinity,knows Bogota and only does DWI with a proven track record.
