Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

Request for MV hearing

I am in the terrible position of having no license for multiple DWI's. I have completed all mandates, paid all fines and am waiting for the sentence to pass (12 years). I am the father of two children and am financially strapped meeting the challenges of transportation on a daily basis.

I haven't drank in over 2 yrs and am involved in AA.

Any advice from a lawyer that has arranged special hearings with the MVC for reinstatement of driving privledges based on extreme hardship/financial burden would be greatly appreciated.
