Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
I have not retained a defense atty. yet
Has anyone ever had the chance to even be heard re: the circumstances surrounding DUI and then driving on suspension. Dui experience was on this topic judge did not care what was transpiring, and I am expecting same for suspension. I have a case I have been working on since my daughter's abduction 2002, I have spent a ton of money and time, and these dates will clash. This is my daughter's last chance for any possiblity of growing up balanced and healthy. She is trapped with a very sick man, and I am all she is, but nobody gave me or my then, atty, any chance to even tell our story.
