St vs Chun

My dui is swayed pending Chun. How long could this take and should I just say forget it and do my time? Is it worth it to wait?

First, you do not do time, unless you have prior DUI's. Second, what are your facts? Do you have any defense? Was there an accident? Any property damage? This is a fact sensitive decision, so you really need to consult with an attorney.

I agree with the other attorneys but I think you may not be correct. I doubt your case has been stayed, but that only your sentence was stayed. All the "people in the know" said Chun was going to be out months ago, now no one is really giving any guesses and neither am I.
