Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

State Vs. Chun

I've read in newspapers and on the internet that the Superior Courts in NJ have rendered the alcotest machines reliable and the cases are to resume. The case was said to have dropped on 3.27.08, so can anyone tell me how soon I should be expecting a court notice in the mail??

I don't think anyone knows yet. You could always call up the court.
