Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

State vs Chun

Does anybody knows what was the resolution of this matter?

I have checked different links related to this and two of them stated the state lost.

Is this true? If this is the case, what would happen with anyone who was found guilty before this was completed?

This case is long over at this point and the Post-Chun cases are going through the courts now. The State did not lose, not even close. You have two options, take back your plea or take your medicine. I suggest you sit down with an attorney to go over your options.
