Supreme Court Alcostest Update 3/16/08

Where are things regarding the

decision to be made by the supreme

court on the reliability of the Alcotest

Breath Machine? Does anyone have

an opinion on how the court might

decide to handle the Special Masteres

Report. Espeicially the

recomenedations ie., breath temp.

probe, 6 month certificaions, 10%

sample tollerences. My breath BAC

reading was averaged at .0942 with

final reported reading of .09.

Machine had annaul certifcations,

and one value outide the 10%

average 4 reading?
