Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
Suspended License not reported
My driver's license was suspended in court for a DWI a little over 3 months ago. The court has not yet reported the suspension to DMV. I have been told that it does not generally take this long to notify DMV. Must the court report the matter within a certain amount of time?
What would happen if I was pulled over while driving? My driving record does not yet state my license was suspended.

Do you remember if you (or your attorney) requested a stay of the sentence until the final decision on Staate v. Chun is handed down?
