Traffic stop
Do the police in NJ need probable cause to make a motor vehicle stop? Can they just pull you over ''just because''?

Of course they can't just pull you over, but do they anyway sometimes? Of course.

They can, but they are not supposed to, according to the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
