Legal Question in Education Law in New Jersey
Summarily expelled from college
What judicial recourse do I have, as one who was ''permanently expelled'' from college without a hearing of any sort? Thank you for the consideration.

Re: Summarily expelled from college
You should check your college's student handbook regarding discipline. That will guide you as to your rights. A public college may afford you additional rights. Finally, check New Jersey's higher education statutes and regulations. The likelihood is that you may have a potential state law challenge, rather than a federal suit, but without the facts it's hard to tell.
