Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
What are the best asset protection options for the spouse of a veteran that served 2 years during the Vietnam war, that may need long term care in NJ.
Not sure how much liquid assets there are. Probably between 100k and 250k. Is 2 years serving after being drafted called a 'vet' to help protect assets easier? What are the best options to maintain a middle class lifestyle without depleting cash and assets
