Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
My brother's daughter had guardianship of her father and she has now placed him into a nursing home. I visit often and my brother wants to come home with me. How can I get him released from the nursing home, ASAP. He has a larger family that wants and can care for him. This is not a place for him.n
