Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
My father and his wife live in Florida. He is 91 and I have been on a joint savings account with him for the past ten years. Recently I have noticed that his wife is having my father sign checks and withdrawing alot of money. Since she has never been on this account what percentage could I withdraw legally and not have her claim it?

You have a serious situation, potentially. Get to a lawyer, and get some advice. At 91, is he able to make decisions for himself, or is she running him around like a little puppet on strings?
