Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
my husband just had a stroke. he is confused. Is it too late to get a power of attorney?

Perhaps not. It all depends on his capacity to understand what he is signing. But on the other hand, as is wife you can speak for him in just about all aspects of your wife that has an impact on you. It is best that you contact an elder law attorney for end of life decision making. And, it's not as morbid as it sounds.
