Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
Mom is 80 years old. Son (brother) is 60. Daughter is 54. It has recently come to light that Mom has provided her son w/ hundreds of dollars per month for years. Son is not disabled in any way. Mom is on a fixed income of $1,400 per month. Mom has recently signed over power of attorney to her daughter with the condition that payments to her son continue.... Not sure how to proceed
