Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
My mother-in-law was just placed in a long term nursing home. She has been living with us since 1994. My wife is on the deed, along with her mom, since 2006.
"Mom" has sufficient savings for 4-5 months and then will have to apply for medicaid.
Will our house be in jeopardy? What can we do to save our home?
