Legal Question in Elder Law in New Jersey
my nephew has an ex wife of 10 years. what is her legal relationship to me, if any? ie, is she still considered my niece?

Legally, your nephew's former wife is not related to you. That does not prohibit you from treating her as a family member if yo so choose. If you intend to leave her anything in a will or trust, you should identify the fact she is no longer married to your nephew.
