Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I have 3 grandchildren who live with their father in Va. at the time and my daughter is in jail for child support their father wants my daughter to come and get the 2 boys but wants to keep the 1 other child but she does not want to stay with him and is whipering to us on the phone to please come and get her what do I do? I live in New Jersey but the kids are in Virginia I will not let those kids be separated.
