my 22 yrs old son 24 years old girlfriend had a baybe n she does not love my son is also cheating wants to leave n and go back to seattle wasington with the baybe what are the chances? son wants to keep baybe with him

Your son would need to persuade a judge that it is better for the baby to stay with him. It is impossible to give an estimate of your son's chances. If she moves to Seattle with the baby, your son and you will hardly ever see that child.

Your son can file for custody or joint custody.
Your son can also file for visitation and state that the move would be a serious burden on his visits with the child.
