Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

3rd party custody

My daughter delivered a baby in May at the age of 16 in Gloucester county. She went to live with her dad and stepmom in June, but ended up not wanting to live there so she returned home to Swedesboro, NJ. Her dad and wife will not let her go with her baby and have 3rd party custody of her child (she has postpardum depression and agreed for insurance purposes). How can she get her baby back with her. She has never had any medical, physical or mental issues prior to her visit to them and is emotionally distraught to have her baby. How can I help her get him back?
