Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my 10 year old daughter's dad is suing me for custody saying that i moved 5 times in the last three years, actually i moved 3 times. I'm financially bankrupt and moved in with my mom 2 months ago. i'm sharing a bedroom with my daughter there, does he have a case?

i have my families full support. he is also asking for child support. He also says i do not get her to school and activities on time. My daughter is consistently a straight A student, I make all her deadline on projects and homework, take her to school and all activities consistently. We currently have equal time with her with joint custody arrangement. My daughter wants it to stay this way. Does she have a say?

Does he have a case? He is making a claim. Whether he has a case is to be determined by the

judge. You should prevail by demonstrating to the Court all things you say in the second paragraph of your question. Your daughter's desire as to custody has some, but not great weight, givien her age.
