can 3 year old go away for a 10 day visitation vacation with father and his girlfriend and her child as in 3 months he had to endure father moving out,he n mother being evicted, downsizing from house n yard rented 4 rooms to rent 1 bedroom for him,a new home, overnight visitation, n now 10 days apart from his stay at home mom. when he wants to go home to mom n his house. he is also being used as a pawn by father. is there a time period of adjustment legally to have time before his father makes more upstness in his life?
