Should 18 year old girl sign a pre-nup
When my neice was 15 a 20 year old man, got her pregnant. She is now 18 lives with the man and baby in the man's home. He asked her to marry him and requested she sign a pre-nup stating that if they devorce she will take only what she came into the relationship with, gifts would be hers to keep. She came into the relationship as a 15 year old girl, obviously with nothing. She has a job/earns money and cares for their child and home. I told her not to sign the pre-nup. What do you advise? He said he will not marry her with out the pre-nup.

Not without someone looking at it. Why should she give up claims to property or limit her support or that of her child? The time they have lived together may count toward future claims she may have.
See a lawyer.

She should not sign anything without advice of an attorney. She must protect her interests. Any agreement she signs should give her something substantial.
