Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I'm a 50 year old male living in New Jersey. I was wondering what the laws in NJ on child custody are if you have proof that your wife has committed adultery?

Child custody is a complicate legal issue. I should know, I am a fifty plus year old divorce attorney who got custody of all 4 kids in my divorce.

Adultery - another complicated legal issue. You will want to talk to me before you confront her.

You have to be VERY careful to not give her any basis to charge you with domestic violence.

Call me, come on in and see me, and I will explain this all to you. I will not charge you for the consultation.

In most cases, I don't see how one issue impacts the other. You have to make that case before it even becomes an issues.
