17 year old rights for visitations and payments of child support

If a minor fathered a child what type of child support or parental visitations are entitled in the state of NJ. If he is harrassing the new mother with taking the child for visitation and wants joint custody and residencial custody. What are his rights and what are hers.

The PPR is entitled to receive child support in NJ, and the PAR has to pay child support. It is based on the parents income and some other factors.
