Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am 19 years old and my mother has been taking my child support that my father sends and using it on top of borrowing money from me and my boyfriend. we have lived in the same house for two years and i am on the lease and now she is threatening me to kick me out and to go to family court for a order of removal. Can she do that?

She can try to do anything she wants to do. Whether she is successful is another question. If you are on the lease (meaning that you signed the lease and are a tenant), you have rights under the landlord/tenant laws that may keep you in the property. The issue of loans to your mother is another issue. Why would you continue to pay her? Bottom line - your issues seem very complicated and are not clear by your question. You should seek the advice of an attorney.
