You need to file a motion in New Jersey. Easy huh, especially from Florida? I suggest you get an attorney to handle this for you. From what little facts I know, it shouldn't be that expensive for you. The big issue in the case is how to structure the motion regarding whether or not she should go home during the time this motion is litigated.

This is not a unique situation. I have many clients from Florida and other states, most of whom I've never met! Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case. My initial consultations are always free. I'll be around today (Monday) or you can call any time during the week.
