Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i've a 6yrs old son, i was divorced in JAN. 2006 in jersey city, NJ and now i want to get marry with some one who lives in NY therefore i'm worried about the visitation timings and custody. what will happen if i move to NY it gonna effact the child's custody or how about the visitations it will remain as it is or it will be changed because i cannot come everyday from NY to NJ.

child visit his father every other weekend and every WED. & THUR. 3 to 6pm.

My question is:

judge can allow me to move to NY with my child or not?
