Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

abduction

My son and I are American citizens his mother is not and she is a flight risk, she has custody of my son and there is a court order filed in NY city stating that she cant move more than 25 miles from my Zip code, we both move to NJS and now a judge in NJ is allowing her to travel or move wherever she wants. Can a judge be able to order a passport for my son without my consent? Can I sue a judge if she makes this decision?

Re: abduction

Apparently, the mother took the matter to court and did not hire an attorney and having lost in court you

want to know if there is a remedy for your problem. It's something I would have to discuss with you.
