He wants to buy me out for 68,000 when the house is worth 285,000 which 30,000 my dad loaned me for down payment on the house. Do i have to accept this offer. Plus i only have 14 days to vacate the house. I have no money, i am disabled and have heart arythmias. Can you give me any help please, thank you.

If it was truly a loan from your father to the two of you Dad gets his loan money back off the top. You then get one half of the equity in the house and not a penny less. Tell your spouse he

needs a large loan.
