Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I am an active duty Soldier that is stationed in KY and the custodial is living in NJ. I am paying $1200 already in childsupport to my 2 kids who also reside in NJ from my previous marriage. My ex now wants to file CS for my daughter who is 2 yrs old. She is currently working, receiving foodstamps and receiving CS from her other childs father. When calculating, which of these monies are included of hers?

First of all, Soldier, I want to personally thank you for your service to this country. You are making a huge sacrifice for the benefit of all of us.
As to your question, it is a little complicated. Child support calculations require an input for what is called "Other Dependent Deducctions" which would require me to know more information about your payments for your other children. Also, if your ex is receiving food stamps, a welfare agency may become involved.
Feel free to call me [856-546-8010] to discuss this in detail. As a "thank you", there will be no charge for the call. Rob Gleaner
