Adoption Laws in NJ
In a step parent adoption, am I legally obligated to allow the biological mother to see my son? If not, can I prevent my husband from allowing visitation, we are married, not separated or divorced.

The other parents has to give up his or her rights, so thus, they have no rights to visitation or anything else.
