Re: affidavit of personal service

I have to agree with Ms. Muller's response. You are better off having an attorney handle this because it is more efficient and it would be relatively inexpensive. However, should you want to continue to do this yourself then you can obtain the form from an attorney. Good luck.

Re: affidavit of personal service

it's usually better to have a lawyer do the legal paperwork. the court rule 4:4-7 applies to proof of service. the filed complaint is usually what is served on a defendant, or other interested party. it must be within the certain time of the return date, however. the affidavit form is available in any attorney's office. feel free to call me at 609 263-0089 if you have any further questions. good luck !!
