At what age does a child get to decided if he wants to visit his dad in the state of NEW JERSEY.

There is not enough information to answer this question properly. The most obvious information that is missing is why the child is not visiting his dad on a regular basis anyway. The general answer to questions such as when a child can decide anything usually depends on the maturity of the child and the situation itself. Bottom line is that there is alot more information needed to answer this question properly.
