alcaholic in a divorce HELP!!

Hi my brother is going through a divorce and his wife is an alcoholic who also takes prescription drugs for depression, and anxiety medicine, which is known that shouldn't be mixed with alcohol. We are all very concerned for his child's life she is unstable and unfit to watch over their son. How do we prove in a court of law that she is an alcoholic? what procedures or proof needs to be shown to the court? how can we prove that she abuses Malcolm. She is out of control and we all fear for the child's safety. PLEASE HELP!!

She needs a substance abuse evaluation. There are experts that handle this. The expert's report and testimony will be powerful evidence in court. The best way to handle this case is to get an attorney. He or she can handle everything for you. They will set up the expert, file the necessary motions with the court, etc.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Wow! What a question! The solution to every problem is to collect information from the client and witnesses and then to obtain other proof using the information provided.

I would think that the child's school records and interviews of teachers should yield something useful.

Call me if you like.
