Re: Alimony & Cohabitation

My estranged wife has informed me that she (along with our children) intends to move in with her boyfriend. We are currently negotiating alimony and child support. Can this affect alimony payments?

You have asked this question before. Cohabitation can bar the payment of alimony. It all depends.
