Alimony after remarriage

My mom was divorced after 30 years of marriage due to infidelity on my fathers part. He has remarried. Can my mom receive more alimony since his income has increased.

Re: Alimony after remarriage

there are some circumstances in which alimony can be increased. your father's infidelity is unlikely to be a factor, in any case.

this is not an issue that involves you. this is a matter of concern to your mother. you may suggest to her that she should seek an attorney's advice.
