Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

amended court order

I received an amended court order from DYFS. However it was handwritten with scratch outs. I was never notified that the case was brought back in front of the judge, as my case was closed in July of '08 per his court order. The judge's signature also looks different on the handwritten amendment than his original. Would this be considered a valid court ordered amendment?
