Angry Wife Contacting son mother
My wife has left the house and asked my son and I to move out. She has also threatened to contact my son's mother regard her request. I have custody of my son due to his mother's depression and agreement I would be better suited to take care of him. She apprears to be using tactics to make me react, as well as influence disruption. What can action can I take not to be put out of the house, and keep her from creating kaos.

If your wife has left and the marriage is headed to divorce, file first and request exclusive use of the home. Talk to a Divorce attorney before taking any actions.

She left the house and now wants you to leave the house? that is very surprising!
You need a lawyer to guide you. Your wife's actions are pretty damaging and it sounds like you may be headed for a divorce. Get some expert advice.

I agree with Mr. Davies, just get an attorney before this gets out of control. While I don't like to push people into divorce, it sounds like this one is pretty much over.

You can not control your wife. You must concentrate on controling yourself and supporting your son.
