can you get an annulment after being married for a little over a month in new jersey

It is not just how long you are married that entitles you to an annulment. You can apply for an annulment, but you move show that there was some sort of impropriety, such as the person still being married

when he or she married you or that there was some deception, such as concealing drug addiction or promising to have children when there was never any such intention.
