Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Annulment Pro Se

I have filed an annulment complaint pro se on the basis of fraud. He promised to complete college and move to SC within a period of 6 months of the marriage and never kept his word. I have not seen him in over a year. I will appear before Susan L. Reisner and I am not confident I am prepared well enough. Could you recommend any links or case law to help me? It took quite a bit of pressure to even be heard in this matter and I have a lot at stake being a single mom. I filed pro se only because I could not afford an attorney. Anything special I should know about Judge Reisner that would benefit my case?

Re: Annulment Pro Se

Cite the law that states that such a promise sufficiently goes to the heart of the marriage relationship that you should be entitled to an annulment.
